Freshman Spotlight
In each issue we will spotlight a member of the Freshman Class who is doing interesting things here at Warwick High School.
In this issue we have interviewed Johnny Whiteside and Ashley Lyn. Let's see what was discussed:
Who are you and which middle school did you attend?
I am Ashley Lyn and I went to Hines Middle School.
I am Johnny Whiteside and I went to Hines Middle School.
What clubs/organizations are you interested in joining here at WHS?
Ashley: “I am trying to join the volleyball team or soccer, or cheerleading. I just want to have something to do afterschool.”
Johnny: “I am in the photography club and I run Cross-Country”
How was your first week of school?
Ashley: “It was good so far. I got lost but, I tried to find someone I knew to help in the hallway”
Johnny: “Fantastic”
What are your classes like so far?
Ashley: “My English test was easy...only 24 questions. Math...I’m good at that so, it was easy. World Geography is a lot to follow but, it is easy so far...that is supposed to be a challenging class.”
Johnny: “My most difficult class is Health”
What is the BEST thing about high school in your opinion?
Ashley: “The activities and fun things we do. I also have a lot of nice teachers”
Johnny: “Freedom…”
